- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days (for an additional fee)
- International Shipping: 3-7 business days (please note that customs fees or taxes may apply, which are the customer’s responsibility)
3. Domestic Shipping We offer shipping to all Countries addresses. We use UPS and USPS to ship your orders, and delivery times depend on the shipping method selected.

International Shipping We currently ship to the following countries: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, Ireland, Sweden, Belgium, Austria, Switzerland, Denmark, Norway, Finland, Japan, South Korea, China, Singapore, United Arab Emirates, Brazil, Mexico, South Africa, and India. Please note that international shipping may take longer due to customs processing.

5. Order Processing Time Once you place your order, it will be processed within 3-5 business days. Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons (e.g., holidays, sales events). We will notify you of any significant delays.
6. Shipping Restrictions We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. However, if your order is lost or stolen in transit, please contact the carrier directly for assistance. If you believe the issue is on our end, please contact us within 10 days, and we will do our best to assist you.
